We all want to look and feel fab forever, but it gets hard between our 9-5, school, kids, pets and social life. Time for the gym may fly out of the window as responsibilities pile high on our plate or life's changes send us through whirlwinds of activity. But spring is almost here (March 20th!) and as the weather breaks going for a quick run or jog or walk outside will become a great way to relieve stress and get a breath of fresh air at the same time. If you can manage to fit a jog or a walk in a few times a week, you will be right on schedule for wearing that new bikini on your summer vacation.

Your white potatoes for sweet potatoes

There are so many options with sweet potatoes...sweet potato fries , sweet potato casserole, mashed sweet potatoes, and just a plain old sweet potato - add a little Smart Balance Butter and some Splenda if you like it sweet.

It may sound hard at first but once you incorporate some of these small changes into your eating habits (we don't use the word diet around here- because there are no successful diets- just great eating habits) you will see inches trimmed off of your waistline. And don't just think about getting that trim body back, eating well also takes unwanted fat off of your face and neck. So just by incorporating these tips you'll give yourself a complete makeover!!

Tasty Salmon Recipes

Almond Crusted Salmon
1) Rinse and season salmon fillet
2) Coat with flour
3) Coat one side of floured fillet with egg yolk
4) Cover egg yolk side with sliced almonds
5) Put a small amount of oil in frying pan and fry almond crusted side of salmon for a few minutes until almonds are toasted brown and sticking to salmon
6) Place fillet in pan and bake at 350
Optional :
For the last 5 minutes of baking cover fillet with Sesame Ginger Sauce

Mustard Crusted Salmon
1) Rinse and Season salmon fillet
2) Coat fillet with flour
3) Mix Yellow Mustard, Dijon Mustard, and Honey in a small mixing bowl
4) Coat both sides of salmon fillet with mixture
5) Coat both sides of fillet with Panko Breadcrumbs
6) Place a small amount of cooking oil in frying pan and brown both sides of the fillet
7) Place fillet in pan and bake at 350

Chinese Bangs- Ok ladies we've observed and we can see that this is definitely the FAB hairstyle for Spring 2009. So if you are a lady of long tresses go for the Chinese bang to spice up your look. If you do decide that this is the look for you - the next time you go to the salon, have your stylist aim for the very top of the nose bridge so that your bangs rest right above the eye as in the picture above. Bangs should slant on the sides into your longer tresses. This style will cause a slenderizing effect to your face.
